Workouts: Aug 12 - Aug 19

Week 3 of completing 2 strength workouts in a week combos with a little this and a little that, oh and running. This week I got to take off to New York! I LOVE working out when I am away, for some reason I fill less rushed and have more ‘gusto’. Anyone else feel this way? Luckily the hotel gym is amazing, so I will be able to continue on my last week of the same program.

Weights at Heavens

A1. Front Squat 4 x 4-6, 5010, 10s

A2. Back Squat with heels elevated 4 x 8-10, 3010, 10s

A3. Leg Press 4 x 20, 90s

B1. Chin Ups 4 x AMRAP, 5010, 10s

B2. Lat Pull Downs, 2011, 3 x 8-10, 10s

B3. Face Pulls, 3 x 20, 90s

Crossfit with friends

  • 400m Run

  • 30 KBS

  • 30 WB

A2. Leg Curl 4 x 8-10, 3010, 10s

A3. Weight Hip Thrusts 3 x 20, 90s

B1. Incline DB Bench Press 4 x 8, 3010, 10s

B2. DB Ovre headpress 3 x 8, 4010, 10s

B3. Chest Flys, 3 x10, 4010, 90s

5 rounds:

  • 1 min sprint on stair master

  • 50, 40, 30, 20, 10 DB Snatches

  • Walk with unsife down KB L arm then R arm

Fri Aug 16

parents basement workout before I go to the airport

20 min AMRAP:

  • 200m Row

  • 10 Box Step Ups

  • 20 shoulder taps

Sat Aug 17

hotel workout

3 Rounds

  • Run 800m

  • 30 burpees

  • 30 KB Swings

Sun Aug 18

20 min AMRAP:

  • Run 0.2 miles

  • 10 SA DB Push Press R arm

  • 10 SA DB Push Press L arm
