Weekly Workouts: Aug 5- Aug 11

So I’m sticking to the loose plan that I created last week. However, sleep and work were a little bit of a problem. Does anyone struggle at life when you are not getting good sleep. That was me this week and it was painful. I could tell because my Aura ring numbers were in teh 60s (that isn’t good). I coudn’t even tell you why? It was hotter than usual, but I was going to bed at normal times, wasn’t eating a massive snack before bed, room was cool.

Anyways, I find when I am not getting good sleep my workouts lack too. Also getting back at some crossfit stuff this week left be rather sore - hopefully I am over that hump! That being said, it is fun to lift heavy again!
