Workouts: Aug 19 - Aug 25

Last week in New York, which mean another week of hotel gym workouts. I say that… but it really wasn’t that bad. The gym was pretty well equipped and BUSY! So my biggest obsticle was to find a place to workout. I tride to stick to my template, but somedays were more of a get in/get out mentality. We did so much walking everyday (I mean, NYC lets go!) that I just wanted to make the gym workouts quick.

Mon Aug 19

Rest day!

but did a TON of walking!!

Tus Aug 20

A1. Single Leg DL 3 x 10-12

A2. Sinlge leg ham curls 3 x 10-12

A3. Swiss ball ham curls 3 x 20

A4. Single arm pulley punch 3 x 10-12

10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1

Med ball cleams

Push-ups

Wed Aug 21

5 rounds:

400m run

20 DB push press

Thur Aug 22

OFF, but a lot of walk.

Probably around 25 km

Fri Aug 23

Dead mill sprint 3 x 30 sec

20 min AMRAP:

200m run

20 DB goblet reverse lunges

10 Renegade Rows

Sat Aug 24

5 rounds:

12 DB Snatches

20 Shoulder taps

30 Squats

Sun Aug 25

3 rounds:

5 min power incline walk

5 min AMRAP:

20 lateral box jump overs

10 KBS - heavy

15 Stading pulley roes
