Simple Over Night Oats
Make this the night before for a quick morning get away.
Makes: 12 Cups
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut)
- 1 scoop (40 g) vanilla protein powder - I like Vega Sport Vanilla
- A few drops of vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raw gluten free oats
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- Add all ingredients to a glass jar and whisk really well to combine. Ensure lid is tight and refrigerate overnight.
- When ready to eat give a good stir.
- Adjust ingredients for taste, thickness and macros
