Simple Over Night Oats

Make this the night before for a quick morning get away.

Makes: 12 Cups

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or coconut)
  • 1 scoop (40 g) vanilla protein powder - I like Vega Sport Vanilla
  • A few drops of vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup raw gluten free oats
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds

  1. Add all ingredients to a glass jar and whisk really well to combine. Ensure lid is tight and refrigerate overnight.
  2. When ready to eat give a good stir.
  3. Adjust ingredients for taste, thickness and macros
