#BeStrongYYC - Sweats Fitness Challenge

Calgary has no doubt hit a bit of a "rough patch". With an increase in unemployment and decrease in oil prices - it's leaving a lot of people feeling a little down. The changes happening in the economy affects us all and it's important to take care of yourself and take action on the things you can control. 

In April I will be hosting a my 3rd Annual April Fitness Challenge. The 2 main components are MOVE EVERYDAY and the SWEAT LIFE HABITS (day to day habits that can help with your nutrition and mindset).

5 workouts will be released each week - which are scaleable to all levels. But most importantly I want you to MOVE - go outside for a walk, run or head to a yoga or spin class.

Best of all there is NO CHARGE. I am a born and raised Calgarian and love our city and this is my way to give BACK - so please take this opportunity.
