Wednesday workout - Make it a game.
Hello! Happy little Wednesday to you! So, for the past month or so I have started to do some strength and conditioning for a Adam's hockey team. If you don't know what that is (like I didn't) it means instruction about 14-15 nine/ten year olds. Let me tell you, they are amazing athletes but their attention span is minute. There is always a lot of laughing, yelling, farting - you name it. A bit different then my normal clientele - but I love it (maybe not the farting). Anyways, as I have worked more with this little gang I have realized that is something is a game - then it doesn't seem like work anymore. I have their attention a little longer AND more effort is put in. Its amazing.
So, I want you to think about what you can turn into a game. Something you don't' looooooooove to do. Whether its working out, grocery shopping, anything. Maybe you invite your friends to join and you challenge each other.
Change it up and play a bit! Its fun!
