Weekend Homework, Bootcamps a gogo

Happy Friday Sweatsters! Here is your weekend homework:

7 rounds:

Part One:

3 min on, 3 min off

4 burpees, 12 jumping switch lunges

rest 5 min

Part Two:

3 attempts at a bridge for time -  you know, that favourite ab one, parallel with the ground, no scoop backs or camel butts.

Bootcamps are up and going!!  Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 at the SandyBeach location.  Also there is going to be a new "Frequent Sweatster" card released for August and September bootcamps.  You will be able to pick yours up at any class.
