July 6th - Weekend Homework!

Happy Stampede everyone! First weekend of stampede and your getting your workout in, awesome job!!  Hope to see you working out next Saturday too!

Stampede is always a tough time to stay focussed with your fitness goals.  I  often find it harder than the holidays.  Same rules apply tho... plan your cowboy events, workouts and nutrition , and stick your plan!!

Here is your homework for this weekend:

3 rounds for time:

500m run

50 lunges

40 sit-ups

30 burpees

20 DB swings

10 hand release push-up!
