Happy Fall!! I can't believe another summer is over. This means it has been TWO YEARS since I left my full time job in oil & gas to pursue FITNESS full time.
I am SO HAPPY that I did.
In the past two years I have learned TONS about fitness and nutrition. Most importantly I've learned how to help people to live their BEST LIFE EVER.
