Happy Fall!!  I can't believe another summer is over. This means it has been TWO YEARS since I left my full time job in oil & gas to pursue FITNESS full time. 

I am SO HAPPY that I did. 

In the past two years I have learned TONS about fitness and nutrition. Most importantly I've learned how to help people to live their BEST LIFE EVER.

That is why I created the Online Big Leap Challenge for people that want to make a positive change and live their healthiest life possible.

In the six week challenge you will get to:

  • 4 workouts/week (workouts are no longer than 45 min length and include mobility, strength and endurance training, scalable to all fitness levels) 
  • Custom flexible nutrition program (individualized based on age, gender, weight, height activity level and goals)
  • Detailed macro-nutrient breakdown (protein, carbs, fats)
  • Mandatory weekly email check ins
