I have been doing Crossfit since 2007. That’s 10 years! Crazy to even think about. This weekend the Crossfit World Games are happening. Some of the sport has really been commercialized and made LARGE. But I remember why I started and those reasons still hold true.
Ok - this year I am doing something new. I am taking on 10 clients that are SERIOUS about making a change. Using the best coaching skills and tools we are going to work together for 10 weeks to make significant change in fitness and health.
You want a change but don't know exactly how to get it. You are busy and tired and don't even have the time to think about WHAT you are going to do for a workout - or WHEN you are going to get it in. You have tried things in the past and they haven't worked - you may go by the new muscle fitness or oxygen for ideas and motivation - but after that motivation runs out - what are you going to do?
