Gluten has really been a hot topic lately. Is it REALLY that bad for you? It can be - if you are celiac then you know you should stay clear.
But what about the rest of us? Should we be eating gluten?
Switching out gluten foods with non-gluten foods can actually greatly affect any sort of weight loss goals you may have.
You MAY have a intolerance. You could have bloating, gas, constipation... but is it from gluten? could it be IBS? Another food thats affecting you?
