The next Sweats Fitness Challenge is starting in a couple of days, April 1st. I am really excited for this one. I have been hosting the challenge for the past 3 years - I LOVE meeting new people and learning about their goals and what's been stopping them from success.
Even though the Challenge is only 30 days - I really hope that people learn and take away at least ONE thing.
Small habit changes = big results.
This seems too easy, but something you can do daily is going to pay off. LIFESTYLE CHANGES TAKE TIME. They shouldn't be painful or feel like a ‘diet’. I want you to be in a spot where you will look back on your progress and think - that wasn’t as bad as I thought it was going to be - what else can I do?
So if you have tried diets and workout routines before and were unsuccessful - give this a try. You may surprise yourself and realize that moving towards your goal wasn’t as hard as you thought it was going to be.
