My one holiday fitness tip.

Holiday Season is here.

With all holiday the goodies and parties that come with it.  WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO.
If you are trying to eat healthy or embarking on a new fitness lifestyle - it can be a hard time of year to maintain your goals but also have a LIFE.

If you are a dog -  my tip would be to NOt have chocolate PROTEIN powder.   Like fudge did.  he wasn't harmed.  but PROTEIN powder was not what fudge needed to get closer to his fitness goals.

If you haven't surrounded yourself with paleo eaters, gluten free, vegans, yogis, or crossfit fitness nuts yet - here is my ONE tip to stick with your holiday season with out loosening your belt, too much.

HAVE A PLAN.

You need to have a plan.  A plan that you can 100% stick to.  The plan may contain what time you are going to arrive and leave a party.  Or how many glasses of wine you are going to have.  Or maybe your plan is NOTHING and you are really going to let loose because of the economical situation your company owes you SOMETHING for all that stress and you just need a break.  Or maybe not.

Anyways, you need some sort of plan to 100% stick to.

Also, make sure you plan include being able to have fun.  Have a dessert and a glass of wine is TOTALLY ok.

That's my advice.
