Hey!  Your are going travelling and you are super excited.  But wait - you have been working out hard, keeping consistent and you are worried that this trip is going to derail you.

Here are 10 workouts - some are simpler than others - all guarantee a good sweat. 


Workouts 1
20 Rounds for time: 
2 Push-ups
4 Jump Squats
6 Sit-Ups
Workout 2
100 Burpees for time. 

Workout 3
21, 18, 15, 12, 9 , 3
DB Thrusters
Bench Jump Overs
Workout 4
7 Rounds:
15 Push-ups
15 Goblet Squats
Workout 5
200 Lunges
* Every min 7 DB Swings
Workout 6
7 Min DB Thrusters
Workout 7 -  "Arms" because it is fun to flex in the mirror. 
3-4 Rounds: 
A1. 12-15 Seated Bi-cep Curls (no rest) 
A2. 20 Tri-cep dips (no rest) 
A3. 12-15 Seated Over Head Press (no rest) 
A4. 20 Lateral Raises (no rest) 
A5. 30 Sit-Ups (rest 1 min)

Front Bridge - As long as you can  
Wall Sit - As long as you can
1 min Spin Bike as fast as you can

20 Min on Treadmill for as many Calories as you can.
