Weekend Workout - Feb 5, 2016

Every weekend (starting today)  a new workout will be up on the blog to try out!!  Check out the video, give it a whirl, and post your results!  See you to compare to other Sweatsters!! 

This weekends workout: 

7 Minutes - As many burpees as possible. 

I know, pretty simple and ONLY 7 min.  I think you can find time to fit it in :)
