Wednesday Workout - a workout from the Sweats Fitness Challenge

ok, i know.

It's Thursday.   To be honest I was really busy with the Sweats Fitness Challenge starting up this September!  Its been pretty exciting.   I have hosted this challenge 3 times now and it keeps getting better and better.  I love hosting them - I love helping people.  The best thing (for you) about the challenge is that you know you aren't alone.  Change happen best in communities.  So if you are looking to make a change in your life - don't go at it alone.  Find a community (friends or family too!) that want to accomplish the same thing.  Trust me - it works!  

Your workout today is from week one of the challenge. 

Week 1 - Workout 1

5 Rounds:
30 sec Burpees
30 sec rest
30 sec Goblet Squats
30 sec rest
30 sec Sit-Ups(un anchored)
30 sec rest

I;m working on my video skills.  I know, there is room for improvement.  (Burpees are chest to ground - that's what you don't see)
