Welcome back to another Wednesday workout. All the workouts that I will be putting up on Wednesday will be doable at home with minimal equipment (dumbbells only). With this workout you have to jump to one step after every burpee (video below). If you want to make this workout harder, jump to two steps or maybe a box. If you want to challenge yourself further, do goblet squats instead of body weight/air squats. Either way have fun!!
