Welcome to Wednesday. Every Wednesday until I get bored or forget I will be sharing a new movement and also a workout that you can do at home or at the gym. All the movements will be either body weight or with a dumbbell, like today!
Today I am sharing with you the GOBLET SQUAT. Goblet squats are great as they not only work your legs and butt, but also a great shoulder and core workout. By holding the dumbbell under you chin and staying upright with your body you will notice you really have to squeeze your abs.
Goblet squats are great for multiple reps at lower weight (like dumbbell weights) however for a maximum strength exercise I would head on over to the squat rack.

Which would look like 18 G Squats, 18 Burpees, 15 G Squats, 15 Burpees, 12, 12, - you get the picture.
