Hi everyone! Hope everyone has had a nice 3 days of summer - hopefully this lasts!  The Sweats 6 Week Plan is well on it's way.  This Plan includes 6 weeks of at home workouts, along with 3 coaching sessions, optional nutritional advice and and unlimited support.  You can do these workouts anywhere, but for busy mums and worker bees this one is great. 30 Min as many rounds as possible:

20 lunges
20 sit-ups
20 burpees
30 sec.front bridge
20 goblet squats
20 feet bear crawl
