Hi everyone! Hope everyone is having a fun out there sweating in this SNOW! I know most of you are probably choosing to do you April Fitness Challenge workouts inside. I have seen some great pics of basement workouts, office workouts, living room workouts, and also some Mexico workouts (how dare them!!) Anyways, no matter where you do them, just as long as you complete them, I am happy! (you should be too). We are over half way done, you probably noticed that they are getting bit more challenging, but stay in there as you are almost done!
I wanted to share this video today. It's of my friend Grant. I have known him for over 7 years and I have watched his dedication to his fitness grow and develop (he once was a full of vegetarian and now can be spotted at Clive Burger on 17th - yum!). Anyways, today I watched him PB his power clean by 25# (which is A LOT). I was so impressed. PBing 25# is a huge accomplishment but I was more impressed about the dedication Grant has towards his fitness and training that lead him to this movement. He is currently competing with others in the world to attend the Crossfit Games in the 5-55 year old level. How amazing! I want to be just like him when I grow up :)
