Weekend Homework, in a long way.

Happy Friday Sweatsters!!! It’s the long weekend!!!  Be sure to get out and enjoy the last few days of summer.  Get together with some friends!  Here is an article I found this week on how Isolation is killing us.  Ok, kinda dreary from the sunshine happy weather long weekend, however, social integration is just as important as getting a good night seep or eating well.   This article talks about how lack of interaction is as big of problem as obesity, only doctors don’t take things like that into account. People need interaction.  Call up a friend or loved one this weekend, skype if someone is across the sea, or maybe smile to a stranger in the super store.

Ok Sweatster - only one day now before the September Challenge.  Have you got your meats and veggies all bought, chopped and ready in the fridge? If not – check out this post to help with a grocery list and to grab the essentials.  Please share your favorite recipes and your experience on our facebook page!
