Happy Friday Sweatsters!!! Here is your Friday homework!! Working out with friends is super fun - so round up a pal to complete this weekend homework. If you don't believe me it says so in this Men's Fitness Article. And like in true Men's Fitness fashion they drop the ball 80% of the way (referring to point #6).
What you will need:
- 400m(ish) run loop
- a friend
For 20 min - Partner #1 will run the 400m loop, while partner #2 does 5 squats, and 5 burpees (Repeatedly, 5, 5, 5, 5, 5, ....) until your friend comes back and they switch, partner #2 runs, partner #1 burpees and squats.

Paleo Mediterranean Scramble
- 1/2 cup of marinated artichoke hearts
- 1/4 cup sun dried tomatoes
- 1 sliced red bell pepper
- 1/2 sliced red onion
- 6-8 stalks of asparagus
- 6 eggs
- olive oil/coconut oil
Sauté the veggies until cooked, then throw in the eggs and scramble it up! ENJOY!!
