July 19th - Weekend Homework


Here is your weekend homework 1 Round for time:

  • 60 walking lunges
  • 15 burpees
  • 30 walking lunges
  • 10 Clap Push-Ups (chest to ground)
  • 60 sit-ups
  • 10 Clap Push-ups
  • 30 Walking Lunges
  • 15 burpees
  • 60 Walking Lunges

Same rules apply with the clap push-ups.  Chest to ground, full range of motion!

Please remember there are no more classes for the rest of July.  New classes will begin in August!!  Tues/Thur at 6:30... more exciting information to come!
