100 sit ups for time, everyone min on the min 4 burpees.
How does this work? You start your timer and start your sit-ups, when you reach 1:00 you stop where you are with your sit-ups and do 4 (chest to ground) burpees, you then continue with your sit-ups untill you reach 2:00, inwhich you complete 4 burpees, and so on and so on untill you reach 100 sit-ups.
