Happy long weekend Sweatsters. Here is your weekend homework:

As many rounds as possible in 5 minutes of:

5 hand release push-ups

30 squats

(rest 5 min)

As many rounds as possible  in 5 minutes of:

5 burpees

30 lunges

Please post rounds completed in both workouts.
